The document refers to the internship developed between the Hospital de la Misericordia HOMI, the I.E.D Eduardo Santos in connection with the Secretary of Education of Bogotá D.C and the Francisco José de Caldas District University. From then on, this theoretical-practical work involves the child population as an adolescent in the field of humanities and the Spanish language, from the implementation of the DUA, Universal Learning Design relating the socio-affective environment, to establish a comprehensive training work which has and entrusts the fulfillment of special educational needs in basic education students who due to medical conditions do not formally attend the regular classroom. This without neglecting the level of the health emergency due to the COVID-19 sars virus, including assistance in national and international events that share virtual and journalistic educational themes.
