This research was developed at the Colegio Sierra Morena IED, ubicated in the Ciudad Bolívar location in this participated 6 teachers of the scholarship grades of II cycle , with the purpose of investigating social representations of interculturality teachers to establish their relationships with the pedagogical practice they do with the childhood, for this it became necessary to characterize the contents of the social representations interculturality of the teachers, also to be able to define the way social representations about interculturality affect the pedagogical practices of teachers and finally, was looking for power identify the existence of institutional and teacher proposals to promote interculturalism in the school, to support this research, we considered key concepts such as interculturality, which is present in the school environment and must be to make visible and recognized as the receiving school of diverse cultures. In addition, the conceptions about childhood from pedagogical practice, social representations, culture in interculturality, as elements that are directly related to the topic; therefore, the contributions of the line of qualitative research of Vasilachis (2006) were taken, with a qualitative interpretative approach and ethnographic method, which allowed to carry out the necessary analyses, establishing as techniques of collection of Information: Participant observation, semi-structured interview and free ass location.
