The main objective of this project was to diagnose the psychosocial risk factors and stress factors to which the workers of the company Avante S.A.S. are exposed and the post-intervention strategies that contribute to the reduction of the basic problems that affect the organization. The sample was formed by 35 employees from the 6 coordination positions that have staff in charge, 6 are administrative and 23 are commercial advisors. This was done through the instrument battery for the evaluation of psychosocial risk factors designed by the Ministry of Social Protection and the Javeriana University (2010). Subsequently, the analysis of the results was carried out, taking into account the variables of the domains, intra-labor dimensions (Type A and B), extra-labor and level of stress, showing the highest risk in the labor market.
