The present research work has been developed at the Hotel Villa Hasbleidy in the city of Melgar Tolima, and as an objective to identify the risk factors for psychosocial and stress levels in the hotel company Villa Hasbleidy in the city of Melgar Tolima in the In the year 2021, through the application of the Battery of instruments for the evaluation of psychosocial risk factors of the Ministry of Social Protection (2010), semi-structured interviews were carried out in order to evaluate the level of psychosocial risk in the face of intra and extra-labor conditions, and the level of stress perceived by workers, which supposes a highly relevant impact on their work and family environment, allowing the identification of risk factors. Finally, based on the results obtained, intervention recommendations were established against the risk factors identified in order to mitigate the impact on mental health and promote conditions of improvement based on the work well-being of the workers.
