This document is the report of the undergraduate work carried out in the Research and Innovation modality of the Francisco José de Caldas District University. It is the result of the observation of a student of the Curriculum Project of Musical Arts of the District University on what happened in the Diploma of Musical Creation and Community Psychosocial Care of the Colombian Ministry of Culture, held in 2019. Describe the development of the diploma in its different components, and systematize and analyze the information. The latter consists of 70 hours of meetings and interviews recorded in video, audio recordings and field diaries with the following contrast the experience in the activities and what is projected in the hotel line; likewise, there are the losses of the teachers who participated and the impact that the experience generated on them.
