The present work describes the project of degree to opt to the title of Systems Engineer for the students Mauricio Rincón Curaca and Marco Stiven Sastoque Mahecha of the District University Francisco José de Caldas, inside the document defines the problem to solve represented by the creation of a module for the management of hiring especial entailment professors, to justify the need and importance of project implementation describes the shortcomings of the current model of the hiring process, and determine the advantages and benefits obtained from the development of a system that allows to guarantee a new optimized model and with a greater integrity in the flow of the information.
