In Bogotá there are many simplified regime establishments that offer food products, these establishments do not have the technological tools to provide maximum efficiency in their service times and manage business information quickly and easily, and many of these establishments also decreased. their sales and their efficiency considerably due to the covid-19 pandemic, for this reason there is a need to reduce personal contact between customers and employees of these premises. This monograph presents a technological proposal to improve the efficiency of food stores, in such a way that what is presented below is the opportunity to implement a technological tool that supports food stores in their administration and in most needs that these establishments may have.
