Una aproximación desde el relato mítico y el rito a las prácticas de crianza en familias indígenas Ticuna. Comunidad Doce de Octubre, Amazonas - Colombia
Thile present research shows some stories collected within the Ticuna indigenous community of Doce de Octubre (October Twelve) in Amazonas Colombia, in order to analyze parenting and upbringing practices where the relationship between myths and rituals performed is evidence within their culture. The stories realize the cultural heritage that is transmitted from generation to generation through the word which is the bridge that enables the indigenous to know of their past, here it was possible to conclude that cultural heritage is a treasure that is part of the family and that is where it's possible the preservation of the knowledge of what being an indigenous Ticuna really is. Immersion in the territory made possible an analysis of the reality of the ancestral community that is the result of the cultural shock of modern and traditional, this mixture of thought generates a new way of seeing the world.
