This engineering project proposes the development of a software design based in the layered architecture oriented to the Cal y Mayor company, which offers consulting and auditing of different projects with the state, as a case study analyzes the supervision of infrastructure works carried out in institutions schools from different municipalities in the country. It seeks to improve communication and activities of the company with the personnel located in the different departments, municipalities or sidewalks of the Colombian territory
