The present study reports the results of applying the proposed training three practicing mathematics teachers; designed by the research project training and doing research for practicing mathematics teachers, funded by the University Francisco José de Caldas and Colciencias. This proposal aimed to develop research on teachers, through their own actions in research, enabling the development of some characteristics associated with the action of investigating their own practice. Particularly here the developments of teachers is reported in relation to interaction and critical attitudes
