The document is the result of research work carried out under the cycle "right to the city and public life, a look at the process of building public world (Bogota, XX century)". Its main purpose was to make the process of shaping public figure of the child (Bogota, 1968-1991), identifying the impact of political, psychological and pedagogical discourse in its constitution as a subject, given its importance as a political subject in training which it has been linked to the future of developing nations.
