From a strategic diagnosis made in the company Redetrans SA, various information systems which are used to inform and generate traceability within the organization were found. It is detected that these systems are not integrated, which delays the generation of results and hinder decision making of senior and middle management of the organization. It is observed that the lack of a comprehensive management information system has generated costs and expenses reduce the profitability of the organization, unable to measure compliance with the goals and performance of employees, making the objectives are not aligned with the objectives Strategic and processes affecting customer. With all this, a model of comprehensive management information system that is sustainable business strategy and allows having the most assertive model to build software that will align and converge the different information systems currently used in designing the organization. It was observed that is starting to improve performance and obtain answers through a complete model for a good base to build the system that will serve in making the right decisions and true seeing better results in productivity and profitability of the organization. We think it is the best start to generate results culture focused on customer satisfaction.
