This document contains the final report of internship by the student Alexander Rodriguez Diego Paez, whose job was to monitor the construction activities and traffic control equipment on site. Linked to the project "Diagnosis, STUDIES AND DESIGN, MAINTENANCE AND REHABILITATION OF ROAD MESH AND PUBLIC SPACE IN THE TOWN UNDER specifications, PREVIOUS STUDIES, project formulation and other conditions set out in Annexes OF TECHNICAL PROCESS "conducted by the Joint Venture VIAS Puente Aranda. The document is structured so that first presents an overview of the company where he worked, location information, schedule and work plan, giving door to the means by which the intern was linked to the company, continuing an overview of the activities, followed by a more specific investigation of the activities within the contracts awarded and what happened to these same during the period of internships, leading to a part which describes and specifies the contribution through the company. In support of the work described are annexed supports activities, and also the reports submitted to the tutor as defined in the work plan. During the development of internships there were different scopes as handling different processes but related contracts were primarily responsible, are more functional to the large network of agreements and contracts managed by the company, as they are handling payroll, contracts, policies, extensions and other documents that form the basis of all good recruitment and this allows a good development of activities imposed by contract personnel, along with the scope it should be noted a big limitation established by the company tutor engineer Ingrid Trivedi wardrobe, which was that there could be no assistance to the activities on site so every work executed was purely administrative, it also allows the main purpose of the internship which is to allow the student to enter a workplace related to his career academic purposes.
