The present research work aims to analyze the relationship between cinema, the city and the school to contribute to the understanding of the disputes over urban space, for this it approaches the perspectives that cinema presents of the city and the concept of it , which changes permanently, however this triad is not completed if the development of city concept at school is not addressed, for this purpose content analysis matrices and a didactic strategy are carried out that can allow teachers to approach a form of analyze with the students the problems that are lived daily in the city, thus constructing an educational proposal whose central axes are intermingled between communication, cinematographic aesthetic experience and concepts typical of the social sciences.
