This research is focused on analyzing the accuracy of the data collected by a Terrestrial Laser Scanner (TLS) “Faro Focus 3D” comparing it with the data obtained from a total station with the objective to develop a statistical model which compares the variation of different kinds of reference parameters doing a differential analysis between the traditional methods of surveying and the modern ones.
