Análisis de la generación del valor público producido por la estrategia “Bogotá florece en casa", del Jardín Botánico de Bogotá José Celestino Mutis (JBBJCM), en 5 barrios de la localidad de Bosa intervenidos entre 2017-2018
The benefit that citizens obtain from the public entities and organizations is understood as public value, value that is generated when the addressee recognizes that the benefit received was an adequate response to a need or problem relevant to him, becoming an important contribution in the setting-up of community, citizenship, equity or social capital (Ambrosio et. al, 2015). In this sense, the Botanical Garden of Bogotá José Celestino Mutis (JBBJCM) has implemented the Bogotá Florece en Casa (BFC) strategy, in order to reduce green inequality in the city (Jardín Botánico de Bogotá José Celestino Mutis, 2019), inequality that has been generated by the lack of planning of Bogota's urban expansion. Therefore, the objective of this research was to analyze the generation of public value produced by the strategy "Bogotá Florece en Casa" (BFC), of the Botanical Garden of Bogotá José Celestino Mutis (JBBJCM), in five neighborhoods of Bosa intervened between 2017-2018. This paper also describes the origin of green inequality and the urban planning process in the city of Bogotá D.C., with an emphasis on Bosa. This analysis was carried out by applying a multi-criteria model of the AHP type, a selected model since it considers additional criteria to the economic ones. As a result of the investigation, it was found that the public value generated by the BFC strategy was 86,14% compared to the 100% that could be obtained; the community also recognizes a greater impact of the strategy in social and ecological aspects.
