The purpose of this report is to comprehensively highlight all the activities carried out and the results obtained during the course of the internship, which is focused on the evaluation of the reproductive viability of Solanum Phureja, known as Colombian Creole potato. This study was carried out specifically on the mutants designated M33, M36, M37 and M43. Throughout the information presented, it will be evident how the fulfillment of the stated objectives was achieved, focusing on the analysis of the pollen viability, germplasm preservation and dormancy measurement. During the development of the internship, special attention was devoted to the evaluation of the pollen viability, germplasm maintenance and dormancy measurement. This report offers a comprehensive and detailed view of the development of the internship, highlighting the importance of each component in the evaluation of the reproductive viability of potatoes Colombian Creole. The results obtained provide not only knowledge specific on the mutants M33, M36, M37 and M43, but also provide valuable information that may be relevant to research in plant genetics and preservation of agricultural genetic resources.
