Education is a crucial pillar for societal progress, as it expands opportunities and enhances the quality of life for citizens. However, public educational institutions in Bogotá have been facing issues in the quality of teaching, which limits students' access to higher education and specialized jobs. This situation can be attributed to various factors, ranging from corruption in management to deficiencies in the key actors involved in the learning process, such as teachers and students. Among these factors, the lack of training and continuous professional development for teachers significantly impacts the quality of education. Therefore, it is crucial to address these problems in order to improve the quality of education in Bogotá and ensure a more promising future for its citizens. To tackle the issues regarding the quality of education in Bogotá, a project has been proposed with the objective of providing a tool that minimizes the existing gap with the education systems of developed countries, as well as other Latin American countries. This tool aims to motivate teachers and students to actively participate in decision-making processes and the implementation of new teaching methods and strategies. Through these efforts, the project seeks to effectively and sustainably improve the quality of education in the city.
