Adopting good practices in agricultural properties favors the improvement in the chain of the productive process, the administrative, environmental, economic components and of course the living conditions of owners and workers. For its proper implementation it is imperative to carry out a situational diagnosis of the farms using tools that allow to reveal shortcomings and strengths, thus arriving at the proposal of improvement options in the different areas that comprise a farm belonging to the guild of small and medium producers that depend clearly on the work they do on their land. The study was conducted in six units located in the paths of La Maria, Naples and San Isidro in the municipality of San Antonio del Tequendama, characterized by being farms dedicated to the production of coffee with complementary systems of the livestock and also agricultural field but on a smaller scale. Any turn around the formulation of a tool capable of encompassing each of the activities necessary to promote the achievement of certification in Good Agricultural Practices - BPA- established by the Colombian Agricultural Institute - ICA- through Resolution 30021 of April 28, 2017 , where the checklist for certification in Good Agricultural Practices in primary production of vegetables and other species for human consumption appears, which was applied in each unit, thus determining its status and recommending improvement options that facilitate the growth of the land in terms of productivity, and optimize the processes carried out in each of the production areas.
