The present work in thesis modality, has the purpose of identifying and characterizing the environmental conflicts of the Localities of Teusaquillo and Chapinero in the city of Bogotá DC. Three objectives were established for its fulfillment, developed with the methodology described by Creswell (2007) of cross-case study and the strategy of analysis of Yin (2003). This allowed for the description of each conflict in the context in which they take place, or took place, by collecting multiple social, environmental, economic, cultural and historical variables through primary and secondary sources. In this way, it was possible to identify the conflicts derived from the Territorial Ordering Plan of the District Administration 2016-2019 and the felling of trees in the Alameda Calle 53 in the town of Teusaquillo and the tensions over time in the Chapinero area due to the habitability of the popular neighborhoods and the use of the land in the eastern hills. As a result of the identification and description of the aforementioned conflicts, a characterization of these conflicts was made using the categories established by Ramírez (2008) and the Latin American Observatory of Environmental Conflicts (1998). In this sense, the causes, characteristics, stages, pressures, responses and the actors that gave rise to them were determined, thus finding the representative and common elements among the conflicts. Finally, as a result of the collection of the actors' perceptions, the authors' revision and the own analysis from which the profession of Environmental Administration can be made, variables, approaches and proposals to be taken into account in the process of management and/or treatment of the identified environmental conflicts were approached.
