The work consists of an operating scheme made up of the numerical and experimental characterization of the existing ventilation system, started up from a conventional fan, that seeks to determine the behavior of the intake flow of the houses if the equipment were replaced by a Maisotsenko cycle evaporative unit. Taking into account the air intake requirements and based on the results obtained, the necessary adjustments are made to confirm or deny, the expected behavior of the ventilation system, necessary for the admission of the building for residential use. From the control scheme obtained based on the load loss coefficients, the operation curves of the air conditioning system for each house are determined, thus finding the operating points for each equipment and network configuration as a whole, determining the flow that could be delivered to each home given different equipments.
