Due to the changing conditions of the ecosystems in which they are immersed, and to the growing relationships based on the search for flexible and agile structures, organizations have been constituting complex systems, characterized by the emergence of patterns resulting from the interaction between their parts. In the business context, the promotion of health and the definition of the psychosocial construct of healthy organization, are the emergency. The advances in relation to this construct are limited, which exposes multiple organizational models with heterogeneity of variables. This document offers an alternative solution to the theoretical divergence to build positive organizations, through the development of a healthy organizational model, cellular type, based on a set of variables in which coincide the models GPTW and HERO. With the implementation of this structure, through a transit methodology that makes tangible the goal of being the best place to work, consolidates a competitive advantage. In this sense, it presents a global labor market context and the new organizational models in which underlies the base that will allow not only higher education institutions but also government and business to establish employability policies linked to the interaction of business agencies, as is the case of the manufacturing sector in Colombia.
