The present monograph shows the design and implementation of a modular domotic system for the control and the monitoring of different sensors / actuators. The home automation system is designed to work wire and wireless, allowing the interconnection of modules that manage routing, control, monitoring and connection for applications that can be sensors, actuators or hybrids. Additionaly, the home automation system has a communication protocol that provides the correct routing and security for the link between the different interconnected applications.
