In this paper the design and systematization of a pedagogical proposal in the field of study of education technology, for it was considered Educational Robotics as a teaching tool and technological skills to strengthen creativity in groups of 15 students belonging occurs Club science and Technology of School District Eduardo Umana Mendoza. The proposal was built after analyzing history of similar research at international and national level, in addition to a systematic review of the framework. We used to do a robotic kit, which was available at the institution for the development of hardware and AppInventor online software tool for mobile robot design, visual programming language and code language.
