This report evidences the dialogue facilitation exercise with pedagogical and methodological tools in dialogue communities established by the Mi Veci project in three neighborhoods of the municipality of Soacha: San Nicolás, Ducales and Tierra Blanca; in order to create relationships of appreciation, respect and trust between neighbors and developing activities that motivate creative citizenship and social dialogue.
