Caracterización de la Comprensión de la Multiplicación de Fracciones a partir del Método Gráfico en Estudiantes de Grado 7° del Gimnasio Académico Regional de Suba
This paper aims to investigate the understanding of multiplication of fractions of seventh graders , from developing a sequence of activities that involve working with manipulative material contexts measurement and distribution , so they are able to verbal represent fractions, as numerically and graphically . To develop this proposal , the interpretation of the fraction as part-whole is taken as the basis , taking into account that generally the students manifest difficulties in working with fractions revolve around the recognition of the unit.
