Deforestation, with its adverse consequences including loss of natural habitats, decline in biodiversity and contribution to climate change, represents a critical environmental challenge. In response to this problem, forest cover monitoring has been implemented using remote sensors, a tool that has proven to be effective by covering large areas quickly and efficiently, enabling frequent updates, guaranteeing consistency and objectivity, and allowing spatial and temporal analysis. . The "Sentinel-2 Forest Loss Alert" mission stands out in this context with its spatial resolution of 10 meters. However, the complexity in the use and interpretation of the products generated by this mission has raised difficulties for users, mainly due to the way the information is stored. Therefore, it is imperative to facilitate access and management of this data for analysts and decision makers. With this purpose, the objective of this degree work is the implementation of a plugin for the ArcGIS Pro 3.1.3 software that allows extracting information from GLAD Alerts of natural forest losses from the "AlertDate" raster product of the "Sentinel-2 Forest Loss Alert" mission, according to the area and time frame of interest of the user.
