The thesis made during the internship within the company MANTHARINA S.A.S had as main objective the design of an installation for a photovoltaic plant, with the purpose of generating electricity for self-consumption in the of dwelling located in Sopó- Cundinamarca without rely on an electrical distribution network to getting a self-reliant house. For this reason, the work done out had as main intention the recognition, collection and analysis of information that corresponds to the development of a HIBRIDO ON-GIRD project for the elaboration of the design that would allow the implementation of the photovoltaic power plant in the area of living located in Sopó- Cundinamarca as an auto generator in a small scale according to CREG 2018 resolution. Said work has been collected through a design in which the results obtained are detailed in a clear and orderly manner, allowing the improvement and operation of the dwelling infrastructure through a HIBRIDO ON-GIRD photovoltaic installation. Besides, an economic analysis was made comparing the invoicing cost of the annual $kWh consumed by the regular use of the local distribution network and the cost of implementing the project HIBRIDO ON-GIRD in the property with the aim of having clarity and understanding the economic behavior enabling a reduction in costs for energy consumption and make a recovery of investment in the shortest possible time (on years).
