Refocosta, throughout its trajectory in the forestry field, has generated and led investigative processes, in order to generate newfangled techniques where the implemented knowledge can be optimized, to improve the quality of future plantations. In accordance with the above, this internship was based on supporting silvicultural processes and monitoring the company's research lines, in order to contribute and evaluate new research contributions to the plantations developed by the company. in Villanueva Casanare project. The internship planned to lead and supervise those trials focused on generating knowledge in the lines of genetic improvement, intensive forestry and plant health. This work provided tools to optimize the established technological packages, in order to define, plan and plan new forestry-type programs, aimed at generating positive results that respond to the supply and demand dynamics of the current market.
