The project is based on providing Gelsa with a proposal to improve the management of information, monitoring and control of projects, favoring the management of each of them and generating operational efficiency within the process. Integrating and allowing quick and easy registration of all the information and documents of each project, providing a solution to the needs presented by the area and facilitating the consultation of information, with a management matrix of records, agendas and pending, linking responsible, dates and times available for the execution, a matrix of control and follow-up of the activities and a structure that allows digitizing the operations and administrative activities.
