This project makes use of the QFD (Quality Function Deployment) methodology to develop the product design sofá-camarote according to the needs and expectations of the client. The process begins with the determination of the customer's requirements, which are then translated to technical characteristics of the product; In this way the route of the production process and the added value of the product are defined.
