Through this work we aim to eliminate or mitigate the problems that exist with the logistical flow of raw and finished products matter, since the lack of communication and planning do not allow this to have a coherent functioning of its parts, creating delays, errors in their offices and losing its capacity percentage regarding effectiveness.
