Currently in Colombia steps have been taken in the direction of institutional transparency and one of the most important components for this purpose is the publication of information in formats which can be analyzed by people through information systems and using open data. Thanks to the above, knowledge is generated within government entities based on open government data. This project is looking for open datasets to meet minimum quality requirements specifically related to its own logical consistency metrics. With this the knowledge that can be generated from the data is reliable knowledge.
