This document is the final internship report whose fundamental purpose was to strengthen the figure of the intern in the local affairs office of the District Institute of Recreation and Sports in the period corresponding to the occupation of the position in the first semester of 2023. To comply with As expected, a diagnosis of administrative processes of the local affairs office was carried out. Subsequently, strategies were proposed for the continuous improvement of the area and the strengthening of the intern's skills in accordance with their work plan. A change in organizational culture was promoted regarding the role of intern in a public entity around its functions and benefits.
