In this monographic work, reference will be made to internal conflicts and the repercussions they have had on society over time, to find the main actors who have been involved in these violent processes and who are the generators of involuntary migration of thousands of families. From this process will be a historical survey, on the evolution of public policies, implemented to mitigate this phenomenon and achieve the restoration of human rights, violated after the displacement, will end with the impact of displacement on children and adolescents and the violation of rights, in particular the right to education, in order to establish the measures taken by the State and the District, in face of the educational attention and the pertinence that these policies have, seen under the 4A scheme.
