The entrepreneurial project carried out: "DEVELOPMENT OF FALCON SMART HOME ENTREPRENEURSHIP, A COMPANY DEDICATED TO SAFETY AND DOMOTICS IN BOGOTAN HOMES" arises as a need observed in the homes of Bogotanos due to the lack of security found in their homes and the lack of automation of processes or implementation of technological equipment that exist in them. Taking this idea as a basis, an extensive investigation is observed in the document, which also includes a market study and a detailed financial study of how the creation of the proposed company Falcon Smart Home would be, the entrepreneurship project does not depart from its bases of Electronic Engineering, also using a prototype and a functional minimum viable product which was implemented in a family home. Through this document, a way to implement security and home automation in Bogota homes in a modern and affordable way is observed.
