This project aims to carry out a feasibility study for the acquisition of an adhesive filling machine for the re-packing area of the Preflex S.A production plant. This study is carried out through cost-benefit and sensitivity analyzes. These analyzes are based on the identification of quantitative and qualitative variables of the packaging system that the company currently uses, which include aspects such as the quality of the final product marketed by the company, the filling times used to fill the units the percentage of waste during the current packaging process, the safety during the packaging and the packaging of the product, as well as the costs related to the production process of the product being marketed. Analyzing the aforementioned variables and the previous collection of information, the analysis of the environment and the market will be carried out, the current demand for the Bondex k product will be determined, the technical aspects of the project will be developed in terms of the response capacity of the new filling machine for the packaging of the product in question. Next, the economic and financial aspects associated with the project will be analyzed, ending with its benefit / cost evaluation and the sensitivity analysis. The data and results of this work will make it possible to recommend whether the acquisition of filling machine for the Bondex k product line is feasible.
