The aim of the present thesis is to design an ergonomic manual which allows the adaptation and use of the workplace in order to reduce the ergonomic risks of the teleworkers of the company Ing Green. The methodology was developed based on significant parameters of general assessment with the GTC 45 methodology and specific assessment with the anthropometric study and ergonomic methods based on the verification and prioritization of ergonomic risks in the telework mode, based on the results obtained an analysis of the cost-benefit relationship was made with regard to ergonomic risks (Inadequate postures linked to incorrect furniture, elements of daily use in inappropriate places, unsafe spaces, repetitive movements among others) to which workers are exposed to lack of knowledge of the consequences of bad positions and inadequate jobs when developing functions from their homes. It is concluded that the type of telework adopted by the company Ing. Green, presented several shortcomings in terms of non-compliance with the current legal regulations, however the design of the ergonomics manual allowed the identification and evaluation of ergonomic risks to which it was exposed. the teleworker, the development of the anthropometric study and the applicability of the different ergonomic methods gave the guidelines to formulate the intervention measures of the ergonomic risk evidenced in the different jobs of the administrative teleworkers.
