This degree project presents the result of the internship carried out at the company T&S TEMSERVISE S.A.S. where the digitalization of the hiring process of temporary collaborators was carried out, allowing said process to be carried out remotely, complying with current labor regulations and operating under the legal restrictions imposed by the national and district government to contain the spread of covid 19. They carried out activities that allowed the successful development of the project, resulting in the satisfaction of the employees when executing the process and the company obtained great economic benefits.
