The Capital District has a decentralized cadastre, which carries out a real estate update by the Special Administrative Unit of District Cadastre, whose mission is to update the real estate inventory of real estate, determining its physical, legal and economic characteristics, with the to meet the public and private sector taking into account national and district rules.
