The implementation of an integrated quality management system and environmental management based in ISO 9001 of 2015 and ISO 14001 of 2015 seeks to achieve a series of benefits for organizations and for their clients. The development of this project seeks facilitate the administration of goal-oriented processes that allow the Organization future certifications. This implementation will take place in several stages and begins with a diagnosis with the in order to know the current state of the company, in which a global and integral vision is provided of the current situation of the company, internally and externally; we also proceed to establish comprehensive strategic planning, document design, procedures, awareness raising and a control is established for continuous improvement. The development of the design proposal is under the direction of students from environmental administration who are trained to work in any type of public, private and social institution, in the management or direction of proposals that integrate administrative and environmental sciences through the formulation, implementation, organization, control and evaluation of strategies and solutions for the management.
