This document evaluates different pre-germination treatments for the sexual propagation of Viburnum triphyllum, Myrsine guianensis, Frangula goudotiana, Clethra fimbriata, Bejaria resinosa and Gaiadendron punctatum, as well as two treatments for the asexual propagation of Vallea stipularis and Clusia multiflora. For these tests, different treatments were used, such as soaking in sodium hypochlorite, soaking with plant hormones such as gibberellins and auxins, as well as foods that naturally present these hormones, such as corn, long onion leaves or lentils. Finally, the germination percentage of each one of the treatments was evaluated and through statistical tests it was sought if there were significant differences between the treatments.
