The purpose of this work consists in the elaboration of a business plan for a construction and interior and exterior decoration company that will allow setting up the guidelines for the adequate performance and growth of the company and its collaborators, deciding an analysis in various aspects. This idea arises after detecting the growth opportunities in the construction sector, the desire to make the company and its trajectory known.
