The purpose of this work is to identify the variables associated with the risks of a physical and psychological nature of the population with disabilities. In the Martha Chacón Foundation Growing for Tomorrow, an analysis of successful cases in labor inclusion processes with people will be implemented. with disabilities, where through an analysis of quantitative and qualitative variables, we sought to identify, in addition to the previously mentioned risks, the influence of the labor inclusion processes on the life projects of the study subjects and how this has allowed them or not, to carry out a process of overcoming situations of vulnerability from the understanding of the international convention on the rights of people with disabilities, based on what is established in the different documents made available to private and state organizations.
