Catastronet: Gestión de datos en campo para el catastro de redes húmedas con base en las especificaciones de la Empresa de Acueducto y Alcantarillado de Bogotá EAAB
In the field of hydraulic projects for the Empresa de Acueducto y Alcantarillado de Bogota (EAAB), the importance of the wet network cadastre in the topographic component is highlighted, following the Guidelines for topographic work of the NS030 V.5.4 standard. This process involves the collection, location, diagramming and storage of data from elements inspected in the field. The traditional printed use of the Well Inspection Format presents challenges such as data integrity and lack of spatial control, generating typographical errors and rework. To address this, the implementation of "CatastroNet" is proposed, a wet network cadastre management system consisting of a mobile application and a geographic viewer. The planning, design and implementation of the system demonstrate that it optimizes data collection and controls spatial verification, taking advantage of free software tools such as KoboToolBox, KoboCollect, Geoserver and Heron. This approach shows that software reuse and the use of open source tools are effective strategies in the field of Geographic Information Systems.
