The purpose of this project is to improve the supply chain of the company existing " Distribuidora Proservicios Santa Helena" which leads us to a process that begins with gathering information from both the company as of the name of it and the poultry sector and its behavior in this process factors of the supply chain will be considered as : Shopping, Process Transformation chicken ( marinated , desprese , etc.), sales, packaging, transportation , the final product among others; and the methods , procedures and activities of the company currently in each of the links in the chain. From this primary analysis tools were raised and management control to improve the supply chain in order to offer a quality product that allows the best benefits for the customer end and the company
