In compliance with the "Plan for Economic, Social, Environmental and Public Works Development for Bogotá DC 2012-2016 Bogotá Human," which establishes as a general objective the improvement and human development of the city, having as a priority children and adolescents, The Secretary of Education initiates the policy called Curriculum forol Academic Excellence and Comprehensive Education 40x40, which establishes the extension of the school day, so that it is 8 hours a day, equivalent to 40 hours a week, from initial education to 12th grade, as well as the expansion of the teaching plant in all education cycles. Consistent with the three strategic axes set out in the development plan of the Human Bogotá, this project focuses on the first axis, "a city that reduces segregation and discrimination: the human being at the center of development concerns ", in this project exploratory research, we seek to evaluate administrative aspects such as planning, organization, execution and control, of the curriculum for excellence and the 40x40 integral training, that in the current administration is called a only journy, specifically in Its pillar of play, which includes the component and sports centers of interest. The aim of this research is to generate an evaluation through tools designed specifically for the subject, which generate a diagnosis that allows to evaluate the acceptance of the plan conceived for the development of the 40x40 program by all agents involved in its application, and in turn recommendations to improve the implementation of the program so that the objectives set by the program can be achieved. The main sources of this research are the primary sources without neglecting secondary sources of information. This is due to the fact that the research group had a strong interest in directly demonstrating and observing the execution of the program, specifically in schools and centers Interest sports. This with the aim of being more assertive in the conclusions and recommendations. The research is approached from the perspective of the District Education Secretary, and not from the IDRD District Institute of Recreation and Sports, which is the entity that formulates and in some cases executes the program in its sports component, in order to avoid censorship of some kinds of information or the alteration of the same to favour concepts or results.
