The project focuses on the design of an oak flour production and marketing plant in the municipality of Facatativá, Colombia. In this regard, a market analysis is carried out with the purpose of understanding the possible demand for oak flour at a regional and national level. Special emphasis is placed on assessing the availability of raw materials, establishing relationships with local suppliers to ensure sustainability in oak sourcing and the conservation of forest resources. The design of the production plant, which includes the selection of efficient and safe machinery and equipment, is positioned as an essential component in this project. In addition, the project includes the assessment of economic feasibility, which includes cost estimation, financial projections and return on investment analysis. This approach not only responds to the growing demand for healthy products in the Colombian market, but also encourages sustainable practices and contributes to economic development and the well-being of the local community. In a broader context, this project responds to the growing concern about obesity and diet-related diseases, both globally and in Colombia. Oak flour stands out for its high nutritional value and is presented as a valuable option for consumers, while contributing to the conservation of the Andean oak species
