This work was developed as a solution for the management of the small-scale self-generation photovoltaic project implemented by the company Enercer S.A. E.S.P., considering the variables involved in the interior and exterior of the project, such as the electrical installations of the property, the availability of space on the roofs and/or floor with their respective detailed dimensions to intervene, the financial viability and tax benefits, the knowledge acquired during the engineering project management specialization will be reflected in this document based on law 1715 of the national government and resolution 174 of 2021 of the energy and gas regulation commission (CREG), the integration of renewable energies non-conventional to the Colombian energy system. The sizing and budget to implement the growth proposal in small-scale self-generation photovoltaic projects was born as an option to reduce the impacts involved in the project process, that is, planning, design, construction and maintenance. The determination of the variables that cause economic losses and delays that drastically impact installation times, project budget and the negative impact of the corporation.
