The company VARIADORES SAS has a manufacturing process and integration of low voltage electrical panels that meets the needs of its customers in residential and industrial pumping applications, however the company has had to invest in reprocesses produced by technical sizing wrong to moment of the assembly of the equipment, additional labor, which is outsourced and implies high costs not dimensioned for the operation, loss of raw materials that affect the profitability of the process, increase in the non-conformities on the part of the clients and do so constant that the delivery times agreed with them are breached. The modernization proposal seeks to propose appropriate strategies that allow updating the process that is carried out in the company regarding the design and manufacture of electrical panels of standard pumping line, which allows solving the aforementioned problem present in the organization. It is also expected to have a reference for the development of new products, explore new markets by replicating it in the different segments of the industry and generate a positive impact on customers.
